The Bajaj Institute of Learning for Deaf Children organized a Winter Carnival on 25th November, 2017 at their premises where many schools participated. The event was packed with fun activities, games, food stalls, musical show, face painting, live singing, and much more.
DreamZone Dehradun made their presence felt at the event with their creative stall called DreamZone Creative Gallery; the DreamZone students displayed their creative projects, and the faculties taught the audience some DIY felt pouches, Christmas decorations, flower making, and clay modeling. They also conducted a workshop where the students got to learn how to make 2D characters into 3D through softwares like 3DS MAX and Maya; this was called the Tom & Jerry workshop.
One of our students who was also a former student of Bajaj Institute of Learning for Deaf, gave some useful insights about Animation for the deaf students of the institute. Students actively participated in this workshop learnt to explore their creative side. It was a good exposure for all the students involved, and DreamZone hopes to conduct or be a part of many such events in the future.
